Francia question, not sure if its a bug
Hello all,
I started a game as Francia in charlmagnes age (i know i know easy life) and i got almost all of europe within 200 years. I realised i cant form france so i did a bit of research. I was supposed to, i guess, somehow split due to salic monarchy, but since the start i had the choise between fedual nobility and autocracy only, i am not sure if I am missing something, year is around 900 now. I would love to see how things go properly. Thanks!

Well forbsome reason starting a new game worked.. Not sure why it didnt work the first time..

The only thing I can think of is that you probably moved the start date back and forth before starting the first time around. Doing that can cause bugs like this. To make sure such bugs do not occur, you should only ever move the date forward on the start date selection screen.
