HRE before 962?
Great mod by the way ;)
I would love to try to create the HRE as soon as possible, example as the first emperor Charles I the Great in 800, that would be a nice challenge ;)
So please consider this request, as the HRE exists before 962.

You can form the HRE by decision. Technically, it will just remove the dummy emperor, Jan Mayen from the game and grant the imperial crown to you, but for all intents and purposes, it works like a clean formation.
