Where do i find the tool in gmod
I can't find this tool in the tool menu, where is it located?

edit: this post is 3 years old i don't even play gmod anymore please stop responding to it

I have the same problem.
it is not in the tool tap.
Is it possible that is a conflict with a other Tool?
And i have read the description.
