You're playing on 'Spec Ops', it's the default gamemode in the newest beta update. Please switch to either Point Match or Domination

No, I was in Battle and Domination and still wasn't able to cap points, neither were the bots

I feel that the capture rate is too quick. I would notice that a flag I had captured would get recaptured as soon as I get to another flag.

I cannot control the time it takes to capture a flag

And also, you can do that simply by using your battle plan or adjusting the respawn time to be higher. This is a CQC map and the distances are little, I think that's why.

I'll try using 15 sec respawn time

when i load the configurable version of the map no teams have any objectives captured so you cant play the map.
When i select the configure flags option from the menu (not the mutator) my map doesnt load
its very odd
