I do have a few suggestions:
- An Ini option that removes the aura (just for those who don't want it)
- A spin-off mod but for players.
Loving the work so far. Cheers!
But if you don't mind i'd like to sugest a few things:
- Could you add a function to increase the hp reg when they rank up ? because creatures with high hp like the Reaper and the Giga have problems to recover their hp to the max because of their high hp pool. your mod raising their max hp may not make much difference to them as they will hardly use that extra max hp ( unless in aberration thx to the plant specie Z )
- Make a function that save the kills ( and thus the ranks ) of your tames when they change maps. because their kill ( and ranks ) reset when the tame is moved to other maps, i tried just uploading a reaper and using a cryopod on a lighting wyvern and then moved to another map, their kills reseted. the main reason for this request is to allow us to keep a tame we used in the begining of the game by giving it more value and making it stronger the longer we keep it with us. for exemple a high level Direwolf i got from Ragnarok and really helped me clean dungeons in the island, but nearly died when trying to get the desert titan artifact. it would give us a bigger reason to have more attachment to our mounts, instead of just switching to a better tame
I will make it so when you Rank up, you retain the same % health you had as before, instead of retaining the same current health while increasing maximum. Increasing regeneration causes strange effects to a few modded dinos basically making them immortal, so I don't want to do that.
Also, I'm working on having the kill counts carry over to other maps that have the mod, but its not an easy task. Carrying stored data over maps in a cluster is a fairly daunting process for most modders, and this is my first mod, but it is 100% a planned feature.
Also, I've updated the planned features list.
