The Mod Options does not show me the configurations the mods that I put on a server, which in Singleplayer does allow me, what could be causing it? There are conflicts with the Mod Manager (Normal, Server and Enhanced load Order)?, something that only happens to me among my friends.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling the mod, deleting the file and having Steam download it again, putting it in maximum priority above all with Mod Manager and with the vanilla Zomboid manager and nothing works for me, in the Sandbox options it continues without showing me anything other than the vanilla configurations

PLS HELP
