Need help with hecu

I even tried to remove all other addons and it didnt worked too. Do anyone have idea how to fix it? Btw its also crashin the game so i need help for really.

You might have an add-on that is conflicting with bmce.

If you have any add-ons that may edit BM character textures, or something similar, try and disable them. I know one BMRP map that does replace HECU. I would have to find it later and post it note.

I tried to remove every other addon except this and requirements and didnt worked

Are you using VJ's official Black Mesa HECU in the second screenshot of the (Working one)?

Idk. There are two hecu models in this addon. I used one working npcs and one that is broken on screenshot. So its possible
