I also want to discuss some stuff with you:

First, I have found some ways to play even more with Victory Conditions: Do not lose a region or you lose the game, research specific technologies, form alliances with specific factions... Even some very specific like raid X faction Y times, ensure no corruption X in the map, survive X turns...

Some of these are really cool but I do not know how to apply them to the game. So, I am very open to hear you all.

Second, I have been thinking of offering support for custom factions like Estalia/Tilea/Border Princes/Kraka Drak (Cataph's) and Araby/The Amazons/The Moot (OvN). However, it requires time and collaboration and I want to know first if you would be interested in that.

Both really good ideas!

For the first:
I think if this is created too specific / detailed it might remove a bit too much decision from the player and make the VC feel more like a to do list as opposed to a guide which is the way i see them. (Personal preference though, I may be alone) I like to have my own plan, and then have the VC help shape it better.

Though I think incorporating this into something similar like the routes you added recently would be good. You could for example have an "Expeditions" set of victory conditions and choose a bloc to launch an expedition to a different part of the map. The greater the distance the greater the reward. Lets say your playing as Dwarfs you could have an expedtion to retake various mountain settlements around the map.

For the second:
Absolutely! I recently installed the OVN mods and also the faction unlocker but uninstalled as I'm too reliant on VCO. Would love to do a playthrough of a minor faction / no crazy OP LL.
