Okay, can you try validating garrysmod? That should fix the invisible combine.

I have to unpack the combine model from the bsp and havent gotten around to doing that, im certain this is what causes the issue.

I have a similar problem here, when I use Combine replacers, all Combine models are fine but either regular soldiers and shotgunners are unaffected or straight up invisible.
