after completing the mission that gets rid of the goverment reform that spawns rebels when the ruler dies you get a now one that DONT allow pronoia even if you get the other reform that ALLOWS pronoia

Are the options to create pronoia subjects tied to using the PDX default missions, perhaps? The EE tree is from Flavor Universalis prior to that mod being integrated into EE when its dev was hired by PDX.

Playing right now and yes, it appears so. After a while the EE tree gives you the Late Autocracy reform, which removes your ability to land Pronoia subjects.

i am just blind or i cant find mission which give reformed byzantine autocracy in mission expanded mission tree ?
