Hey ! an event in the eu4 expanded mods suite led to the al-quds province to get +1800 dev, I don't remember the event name but it was basically either go full mysticism or some dev to the al-quds province.
Another bug: all of syria got +500dev per province due to a bug in 'The levantine border' event (considering syria as a vasal for all countries I assume)
I makes the game unplayable in this area, can you have a look at it please :)
