Asking this here because I'm not sure if it's caused by a mod or is a vanilla bug:
Playing as Austria, and none of my PUs show up in war declaration screen as options to be called into war. When I declare war, none of my junior partners show as being at war and I cannot call them to war. They are loyal, so not sure what to do but definitely a bug somewhere. Has anyone else encountered this bug before?
