[Bug]
You should delete Canned food/any food from your patch because it interferes with littering mod
as an example Canned Soup Classic/Canned Meal cannot be opened with can opener if both mod's are present,removing your mod solves this...so consider deleting those lines witch deal with foods and just leave the cigarettes lines

I found the classic soup to open. To do this, you need to click on the opener - it's strange. The meat in the jar still does not open and the recipe is not active for a reason unknown to me.

yeap,that's what i encountered also and could not make sense of it,that's why i suggested you remove all the lines that deal in food,also on a side note (although i did not test it) it might be the load order? one overwriting the other and all goes to hell? just speculating here,anyway consider removing everything that is not specifically dealing with cigarettes less headaches that way (or comment it out)
