This is a normal parking space. There are reasonably placed waypoints, there are legitimate exits both on-foot and for vehicles. There are even infrastructure placements like maintenance chambers and security checkpoints and quarters. This does not in any way warrant becoming a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ S.C.P. object.
