The LGBTQ representation is because a man wearing a cropped jacket would be considered "butch" which is why everyone considers it LGBTQ.
Back in the 80's, this would've been considered normal attire for men, but style changes, and in the 21st century, cropped outerwear is predominantly an effeminate style

this has NOTHING to do with LGBTQ representatives. stop trying to force people to think it has something to do with your community or racism. this is literally a DBZ reference.
