Since you modders of Retribution made the Gacha update,I thought up of a character who likes capsules,so present to you: Katie!
Starting Items:
Pocket Bubilabon(Consumable Slot):The portable version of the Limited-Time Capsule Dispenser! Which can spawn limitless capsules,& has 2 room charges!
She starts out weak,so make sure to use that active item!

Unlocks:
Boss Rush:Bag of Capsules(Spawns a capsule every 4 rooms entered)
Ultra Greed:Pocket Bubilabon
Mega Satan:Demonicabon(Spawns a capsule or card at the cost of half a heart!)
