Again. Finland is not part of Scandinavian. Only Norway, Sweden and Denmark. are part of it.

Only the North part of Finland is. But other wise Finland is not part of if XD F* sake this is hard triggering me. But ou well. It is what it is.

Scandinavia is more of a cultural generalisation for the region of Northern Europe. In reality the word was meant to refer to Scandia, the small tip of Sweden, but has come to refer to Sweden, Norway, and even Denmark, Iceland, and Finland. Scandinavian is synonymous with Nordic peoples and nations not geographically apart of Scandinavia. Fennoscandia might be a better term that encompases both Finland and Scandinavia proper, it's still just better to lump Finland in as Scandinavian for most intensive purposes.
