Sorry, you don "t have access to admin commands.

Everything works , you just have to delete the file admin.txt

and go to:
"\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\"

Folder Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/ems.
You must download admin system,and launch game.

I'm not sure what else could be the problem. When you start a match on a Local Server does it say "Loaded VSLib version 3.0" in the console? If it says anything lower than 3.0, then another mod using VSLib could be conflicting.
