Although good, it is a mistake and some players know how to evade the ban.

I also thought this might be a factor . Under the View tab ---> Players ---> In- game the same person I banned joined again . If he did use a second Steam account , then I would have seen the same gamer tag twice on 2 different profiles . It was not .

His rejoin time was almost 3 minutes between when I banned him & him joining again . The " retry " command should have failed if the ban was already in place .

I guess spreading around his account info would be a good option . That way other people can be prepared for that person should he join their game .

I know name & shame is not allowed in a discussion . But I have done it plenty of times through the Friends list . Steam seems to be fine that way , since I have never been given a warning . You want the Steam profile Maur0 ?

No need and honestly I'm not interested in that toxic person enter your server and ruin your fun. You can even use my mod Admin Menu for quick use and from there quickly go to the griefings or trollings. Even if the ban command is not working well, as long as it's simple to kicked out the toxics with the kick or ban command.

I have had several types of players who act badly and selfishly. But with my mod I made a command to torture / punish those rats before giving them a kicked. Like to have fun in giving them their due :)

I don't know if this is the case but this addon has a possible security issue which may let people to take control of your ban list and even the admin list.

which uses a "workaround" to prevent that.

I tried to contact Rayman before releasing my addon but my friend request is still pending lol, hopefully he reads this.

Anyway you can prevent this by NOT installing any other addon on the server unless you are sure it's safe.
Maur0's admin menu is safe btw.

Boy oh boy, do I like the dude named Maur0 who's probably the co-author of these mods, but yeah, I love the fact that you're willing to take the fight against toxic players since it's disgustingly common to have these psychos in this community.

But seriously, we need some more compatibility in order for it to work alongside other user-made mods here, specifically ones regarding say...a third person mod (ones regarding third person shotgun sound since y'know...I like having to hear the sound of shotguns shell blasting off guts infront of me?) and a mod named First Person Animation.
