I'm sorry, I didn't realize this thread existed until now.
I don't know if you're still watching this thread and using my mod, but I will implement it soon.
I appreciate the option to hide the record button, but would it be possible to have an option to disable the whole record function itself along with the job?
Just to be extra clear I don't mean disabling the entire record system, that's fine the way it is, imho. I'm talking specifically about the “record at 0 points for +2 points” part. IMHO it's not a feature worth having all the extra interface and an extra job for.
Alternatively, if you DO want it around for some reason, consider making it repeatable.
Something like taming and training – let it be done up to once per day or something.
I can see the point in it if it works as a means to gather the record faster and/or without actually harvesting/hunting/taming. It's just the one-time-2-points-boost that's not worth the extra weight.
