You "as the user" is responsible for how you are posing the character
It is merely to demonstrate that the armor chest plate moves in one single piece, meaning, in reality, it'd not be move-able to that extend like you have moved it in.
The ragdoll was made like that for easier posing with the physgun
I noticed that they were patchy and weird looking, so i loaded up the sfm version into gmod and found by using the submaterial tool that the textures for models/kuro/gordon/brow_a_d and models/kuro/gordon/brow_b_d are reversed, and swapping them with each other solves this problem and makes it better resemble the sfm version
is it possible for a fix on these textures?
If you look at this picture here, you'll see the difference between the two Gordons, the right one being the one with the textures swapped on the brows, and the left one being the current version.

Also the eye texture seems a bit too bright but maybe that's just me.
2: Left sideburn hair clips through the head. This appears to be a Valve oopsie since the same problem exists on both the Kuro and Red Menace models too.

I pushed the entirety of the "haircap" that was inside the head out, its now identical to the right side
