+Valve updates all of the maps to have atleast one vent, (Turbine already has one) with two entrances, one close to the RED teams spawn and one close to the BLU teams spawn, and the only way to open it for your team is by using the break-in, (including the vent on Turbine) this makes the Scout more of a support class, providing his team members with new ways to go.
+50% Damage towards buildings

-Vents you open can also be used by the enemy
-Takes 5 sec to open a vent, leaving you vulnerable
-Marked for death for 5 seconds after opening a vent (this makes good surprise attacks, because the enemy could have opened the other entrance and wait inside the vent until the other team has opened the other entrance, or it could be used in the way, that the other team has opened the vent and you have a Spy crawl inside the vent and backstab them all)
-You must be crouching will inside any vent at all times
