Tech Hunter Skaven? Also the Reavers as Chaos Warriors would be cool but they're not very north, not sure if you're too worried about the geography

I can always just move the reavers, but yeah they'd be quite nice as Chaos Warriors.

Tech Hunters as Skaven is a tempting idea but they're basically the default neutral faction that entities get booted into when they lose their faction I believe, so they should be something more universally neutral.

So aside from the obvious Lizard Men, any thoughts on what should be in the Swamps and what it should probably be named?

Vampire pirates, we need more pirates in general but Vampire Coast is in Lustria (also my suggestion for the name) with the Lizardmen. Skaven would make sense in that area too. Maybe a couple different factions of Lizardmen with varying skink/saurus/kroxigor compositions?

Yeah the vampirates will be added in when I start working on the vampires race and basic vampire stuff. Different lizardmen factions sounds like a fun idea, perhaps with a sidequest mixed in there somewhere.

Hmmmmm, an option also is that we can just have the world of Kenshi be an unofficial island in the warhammer fantasy universe and tie the story of each faction being there into a story of a sort instead of trying to recreate Warhammer world on a tiny world. It's not a very large place and it seems we cannot expand the landmass further out.

Perhaps a special resource or artifact has been found on the island, and has started a sort of gold rush coming to the island to get it. The nations of men, elves, an dwarves come to get this [ITEM] and the orcs, goblins, lizardmen were already there. Undead are a side effect that pops up wherever there is evil magic to be found, so they make sense being there as well, especially the washed up kinds. And there could have been an ancient civilization now cursed living on the island as well.

Then we can make a logical excuse for, almost all the factions there.

So I decided then,

The worldmass is too small for a full Warhammer worldspace, so I'm having it take place on an island and the story is essentially ruins of an ancient civilization of highly advanced people has been found, and a new resource that is only exclusively found on the island has been uncovered. The races of the world have come to try and harness this power for themselves, but of course clashes occur between them and among the natives of the island.


New races will be added in as I get around to their points and new starts and story progressions will be based on native and non native, and good and evil of both.

At least I know where I'm putting the dark elves and their starting city for when I get to them.

Well, my thoughts was that this story meant it wouldn't matter as much where the factions were located in relation to each other. (ex. Such as how there isn't much territory to the west of the Holy Nation that would be a good spot for the the High Elves.)

Tomb kings is after dwarves. Dwarves are after Skaven basics are done.
