I am the mapper.
Hi! I made this map back in 2010. It seems you've taken the liberty of uploading this. I appreciate your dedication to keeping this map in use. That being said, I'd rather like to upload this map myself.

I think I'll make a v2 that's much better and you can take it down when that is up.

Sorry to pop in unanounced but I think he should keep this map when (If) you upload a V2 of this, to keep an older version and to preserve older saves.

I have Half life 2 episode 1 mounted everything works great except for the floor textures, any ideas on how to fix this?

Well, it depends what you mean "dev".
He didn't develop the map, and isn't a developer of steam.
The uploader isn't always the developer.
