The keys have one spawn each, they have 7% chance of spawning in that place, they are items, not quest items.

The spawns are:
Room 1 Key (Yellow) - North of the town, in the house with a grandfather clock, inside the kitchen cabinet on the right.

Room 2 Key (Blue) - South-West of town, In the closed building, on the control room of the second floor, on top of a crate

Room 3 Key (Red) - Unmarked bunker between the Prison and Junction 67. On top of the coil on the left when you enter the bunker.

Room 4 Key (Green) - In the second floor of the prison, on the only room with a newspaper on the floor.

Room 5 Key (Purple) - In the unmarked Train Station on the last railcar standing straight, the one with the boxes.

They are stupid rare. I played this map for a while now and not a single key. I know all locations. Locking content behind an RNG wall -.-

after 3 week i just got 2 key. 1 i got 1 my friend got !
