When flying if you pick up a wood beam thing u cant put it down or stop flying. Can i forcefully put it don in some way. I dont want to lose my world!

Unfortunately, this will break the logic of the entire mod. The block is attached to its owner, and only he will be able to turn on the flight through his block. I plan to rewrite the mod in the future, because there have been no updates for a long time)
