grenade launcher is toggled but it doesnt shoot

i activate the scar h's grenade launcher touch b 2 times grenade launcher is toggled but it cant shoot. the shotgun does work but the grenade launcher doesnt

grenade launcher works now only problem is it stops working after the first grenade is launched

if you click whilst not reloaded it changes the fire mode to normal instead of underbarrel
