How do I spawn NPC weapons?
They're not in the spawnmenu and I'm actually quite fond of using them.

The only way I can spawn them is making them replace default weapons in settings, which causes a completely random spawn and I can't sort them properly.

Is there an addon to give them a spawnmenu?

Go to options in the spawn menu then go to Arc Cw then go to N PCs and you should be able to enable it (:

I'm trying to spawn them for myself, but there's nothing to spawn them.
