How to make my addon settings for server standard?
I want new players coming in for the first time to use my add-on settings right away. How to save server settings after restart, so as not to enter them on a new one?

You are going to want to put those settings in an autoexec.cfg
That can be located at GarrysModDS/garrysmod/cfg/autoexec.cfg

when you paste the commands into autoexec.cfg the server console displays "Unknown command", but if you manually enter the server console in the console - everything is fine

You should try putting the ConVars in server.cfg.
