The Tarkov mutator would be extremely hard to make. I'm not sure it's even possible in Ravenfield. It would require dozens if not hundreds of custom objects placed around the map. It would need a custom, really big map. It would need custom armors that could be equipped. It would need a custom health system for each limb. It would need a hunger/thirst system. It would need new accessories to heal/eat/drink. At this point, it would be simpler to just make a new game or, even easier, play Tarkov.

On the other hand, the zombie plague mutator would be very well possible. Simply replace the weapons of the bots by melee weapons, make them a little slower and let the player do what he wants.

I will wait some time before I do another mutator, because I already have a lot to code with all the suggestions I receive for Scavenger Mode, but I might do the zombie plague mutator if it's not already done when I have time.

Yea, a costum map with costum objects will be needed, but it would be exciting, forcing the player and bots to search for weapons, priority of finding a weapon over killing the player, and then once a gun is found, fight.
Its possible, hard, but possible, start from the bottom, go to the top.

2. It arleady exists, but the one we got feels... odd, not really good, it feels bland like there could be more, its called Zombie Plaque, check it out, maybe you'll get ideas.

You can already disable smokes in the weapon switch in the menu before starting the game. You can also save weapon switch configs and load them later.

not wrong not right but i wont judge as it doesnt bother, as i love both sagas.
But how to say, EFT its the most modern game so far, but when the new Stalker comes out ofc people are gonna prefer that

However, I second the zombie apocalypse mutator suggestion because it has a lot of potential with Scavenger mode. You can just rack up kills and get to test every gun mod you have, and it'd be fun. Or have configuration to make it an ass clincher like COD Zombies can be. Honestly, a good zombie game mode coupled with optional melee weapons would be fun.

Also (and I'm 99% certain it might not be possible) a mutator that would allow for easier control of how many bots are on each team. The current balance slider is a bit wonky, as it doesn't really do what you think and is hard to control. Having it where you can set how many bots are on each team would be an interesting mutator, though I don't know if that is possible

If it is a possible, a mutator that what you press a bindable key, you do a gun bash with whatever weapon you have.

Also, a time freeze that the player can still move(and maybe shoot in) but the bots freeze, same with the bullets.

I don't think it's possible to add a melee attack to every weapon using mutators. This would need to be added by the developer and would possibly require new animations for each weapon. You can always kick with "V".

For the time freeze, there is already the "superhot" mutator which does something similar. I understand that it's not the same thing, but I don't think I will make a mutator when there is already something similar.

make a mutator that adds stamina
make a mutator that adds weapon damege(weapons overheat or jam)
