How long does it take to build a factory?
I clicked build but didn't get any notification. Is there any way to see if it's building?

It should pop up in the industry tab, and depending on how much you invested in the factory could be between 0-75% done. I believe the speed which the factory is built also depends on the amount of construction goods you have.
