i did that too but no rifles

Just found out that if you put f.e an Austrian musket it will use the latest tech. In this case a Werndl rifle.

When I was playing as France and researched to breechloading, I was also expecting the troops to get the Chassepot, but instead they got the Russian breechloading rifle (forgot what it was called). Is there a way to fix this issue? Perhaps change some logs in the .txt file?
