How to research?
Im playing Prussia as the leader and its currently 1866 with a 15 day cycle. How do i select research options? Do i talk to somebody? is there a menu or selection?

  1. Go to Reports
  2. View your faction military technologies.
  3. Select technology to research (if you have enough money) Each tech takes 2 years to complete so in your case 30 days.

My game said I dont have enough budget to research well tho I already have more than enough money to research, can you help me solve it?
