many factions dont have troops, I think the author should make a generic european troop tree and add new troop tree later

yea i noticed this too. Naked troops. This also is a problem when you are a neutral faction and you recruit from areas you have taken over . You get nothing but naked troops with nothing but bare fists

Not a bug. Switzerland will have troops in 0.4
