At one point I had a US west public server set up but no one played on it so I eventually took it down. If you and a group of friends wanted to play but can't get a server of your own, I could put it back up, just let me know! I don't know of any other TTT servers that have VRMod and this addon because it's fairly buggy and the gameplay can be unbalanced so I feel like it's definitely something that is meant more for setting up and playing with your friends rather than public servers.
