It would be cool if locations from the book were 1 point victory points like savannah georgia or empire in canada.

America does join the central powers, and the CSA joins the entente. The black rebellion is done through an idea cause making it a country is too tricky

including as many events as possible for things that happen in the books, just for immersion. such as the mcgregor family in canada, have events of them placing bombs and being caught etc. getting the gameplay to play well is only so good without immersion. excellent work so far and i know you have events like this already
