If i open my menu i cant open the Ike HUD it's just wont open

@Snow You mean the options panel? Weird. Make sure you didn't accidentally miss it: it should be under Utilities > Ike HUD. If you are sure this is a glitch, then it is probably due to some kind of mod incompatibility.

I'm experiencing the same bug, here the HUD options don't appear in the utilities tab.
