I'm playing the Ransomware mission, and the requirements are to activate kill switches. But I can't seem to find any?

Minor hint: If you've checked C2YPT3X's payment page, it looks like someone there is pretty security-conscious. Sadly, the corporations of the Network are not.

Major hint: There's a guy on /g/ who's talking about being infected by it, who seems to have a memdump for you to look at

I'm doing the Academic Dishonesty mission, found the GoodWriterz node and from there found the customer database. By trying to reset the password it gave me a BlackMail account address (vishnu2016@blackmail) Not sure what to do with it, as I can't remember finding a BlackMail node, and I didn't find a password for the account anywhere.

BlackMail was involved in one of your very first missions. Check through your old emails.

When I plug the hex code into a translator I just get "dd" when i do hex to text and when i do text to hex it just becomes an even bigger string of numbers and neither of those things work and i even tried just the code that is in the forums not translated

actually doing character-by-character hex conversion is probably easier. 10 = a, 11 = b etc

Your home directory should have recovery instructions in it, but if you've deleted the entire medical DB you're softlocked regardless :/
