How about some electric vehicle parking? And/or some solar panel props for parking spots?

EV and Shopping Carts with proper thumbnails and UI priority would be great.

Adding a charging station prop or even solar "tree" props would be a bonus

Sideways handicap spots. Example.[www.google.com] You might have to zoom in a bit to see what I'm talking about, but it's pretty obvious after that: it's the two spots that are perpendicular to the rest of the lot.

Perhaps a pay station of some kind (either as a park building or perhaps a road maintanence building)

I asked in one of your mods, but grass/field/dirt/gravel parking lot areas would be great for industry areas, or parking outside of your festival venue!
