I used some mods to change the look of the females, however I'm not sure what happened to you, because I tested with a friend with mostly vanilla textures and she looks quite the same as in my pictures.

I really hope you'll find some fix. Ann has the most gorgeous/natural face around: no match on the whole Skyrim mod sites. Awsome work !

So, after some testing, I found what's wrong. It's the face texture I use.

In this case, I recommend you to download some custom textures, because you shouldn't be using vanilla ones anyway (hint: they suck)

If you want to stay with a vanilla look, get this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2356/? (really, get this, it's really great)

And looks like the lips are the biggest offender from looking different from my pictures, if don't want to download the above, get this at least: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1167/? (but the difference from the vanilla textures will be big, so download the above first and then this one)

Alright, new update to fix the 'doesn't look like in the pictures' problem. Tested and everything.

Great follower but I can’t seem to get her to equip gloves and boots. Everything else is fine.

When I try to tell her to follow me, she says one of the generic "Follow me" lines but she doesn't actually follow me. I can just keep telling her to follow me but she never does. Little help, please?

For some odd reason she doesn't come clothed, I don't know but when I wen't into my game she suddenly wasn't there like I did before. So I reinstalled, but she doesn't come clothed now.

I can find her. I have the dlc, I checked the data files and the other followers works perfectly. can u help me? thanks!
