Not sure if it's this mod or a second mod that adds unit upgrades for Tomb Kings, mentioning it to both of you in case:
I have a Vlad campaign, and in it my Sternsman (GG ROR) can take an upgrade called 'Dark Curse of Blood' which costs Canopic Jars. That may be an interaction with Arkhan, if you've made it either so he can get that unit and/or upgrade them.

Yeah that isn't me. The other mod must have assigned an upgrade to the Sternmen, whether it be intentional or not, I am not sure.

It is strange but it doesn't seem to work for me. Even with only this mod enabled, my units don't get the option to upgrade.

I am not sure why that would be. Are you using a mod manager?

No, I can't. I play on Mac. Could you please verify if it works for you now? It has been a few game updates since the mod's last update.
