I do Balance/Utility Mods/ Fixes and Country Overhauls/Reworks as well as Convenience Mods but I'm not really into cheat modding.

Also I think there are already some decent up-to-date cheat mods that do what you need!?

There's Nikorasu's Mod Menu and Toolpack, both of those together should cover just about whatever you want to do.
