Similar PC/Oculus set up and the bug repeated any time I loaded back into level 3 but was ok when I loaded into a level 2 save and tried the transition again. Another solution might be simply to load straight into level 3 (isn't that why they've left a bunch of ammo and resin there - in case you have to enter the game at that point?)

I've tried this over and over.
If I load up level 3, no hands.
If I load up level 2 and walk into 3, the hands are there, but as soon as I start walking into 3, the game crashes.
