If you have that then Revamp should be visible in Mods in main menu when you launch the game. When you select that just select campaigns and then skirmish.
I found, the originalWar launcher (Play game from library entry) synchronizes the workshops mods to the game and makes the mods available.
Select the Mod from within the game launcher.
