Bug Reports
Please report bugs and issues on our Discord[discord.gg] server. Please assign yourself the correct role and you will have access to the Astral ARK Modding channels. The bug report template is available in #bug-reports so we can get all the information needed to fix issues as soon as possible.

You can also report bugs below using the template provided. Make sure that you describe the issue you are experiencing as accurately as possible so we can look into it and fix it quickly.

Bug report template:
- Brief description of the issue:
- Steps to replicate it:
- CCC coordinates (not GPS coordinates):

If you don’t know how to get the ccc coordinates, follow those steps:
- Ensure you are at the exact location you need us to teleport to
- Open the console (default key: Tab)
- Type ccc (nothing will happen, that's normal, coordinates are automatically copied to your clipboard)
- Paste the coordinates in your bug report

Hello, we cannot install the map. We have you in the mod list. We also restarted the Nitrado server and selected the map as a game map. The server also appears in the server list but only as a SHOOTERENTRY with 70 slots.
Can someone tell us why?

Hi,

This sounds like the map name is not filled in properly when launching your server. I don't know how it works with Nitrado as we are hosting our events map ourselves, but you can follow this link: https://wiki.nitrado.net/en/Custom_Maps_on_ARK:_Survival_Evolved

It might also be that Nitrado doesn't support our map (like I said, I don't know how that works), so I would suggest you contact them directly as it works fine on our end.
