So this is a change with the latest update, you have to manually active the implants now. It used to do it automatically as soon as it detected the DNA, but now you have to 'craft' it like you would any other item.

well that didnt work I tried to activate a zeta implant with my blood and I cannot do it .
ok I figured it out Ihad thought that I could do it in my inventory which cannot be done . I am wondering the level requirements of each implant like what level to activate alpha?
