Does any know how to get bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=true to work with this mod?

A small group of us play, but we are not always able to be online at the same time, so allowing all engrams to unlock vs spending points and relying on someone else to build, craft etc, isn't very viable.

I already have this in my GameUserSettings.ini under [Server Settings], but it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
