Might be a me problem but he doesn't appear in my PM Selector

Re-installed addon and already have the Enhanced PlayerModel Selector. I've also un-abled and re-enabled the addon as well. I can find him in my spawn list for props but I can't find his PM or NPC for the life of me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
