Found a bug? Report it here!

Please be very descriptive with your post (where it occurred, what was happening at the time of the occurance), or else I won't be able to help you.

Saying my game is broken because of this mod is not descriptive.

I will post important bugs here if it keeps popping up and if there's a solution to it.

Wicked Butterfly doesn't seem to be working for me. Whenever I use it, Quiet will shoot once and end her turn, as if she'd shot a normal shot.

I don't know if it's just the visualization bug you described, but I think her clip still had two shots the next turn, so I don't think it is

Quiet just T-poses everywhere for me, movement anims are completely nonfunctional and I do have the two required mods. She also doesn't aim at units when she shoots or take cover correctly.

also her rifle doesn't do any damage, even if it hits. It registers as damage, but doesn't take away any health

Sounds like the workshop mod didn't fully download. You could try unsubbing and resubbing to the mod, or verify integrity of game cache to force the client to redownload the mod again.

I think there is a bug in the interaction between parasitic exchange and the target analyzer breach item. It seems like the first unit or two will get the benefit of both, but then the next two units only will have the effect of parasitic exchange. I am not sure if this is a bug with the analyzer itself or not.
