Impact of Rebel Medic (NPC) that didn't heal those friendly NPCs.
I enabled this tool engine, no weapon drops were okay. But affected with Rebel Medic, I attempted to try damage of friendly Rebel Medic and it didn't heal and group medic NPCs becomes group normal NPCs.
